WebID software

WebID software is a re-brand of Datacard® ViaNet™ identity information software. This release has been updated to include improvements on reports. All user interfaces, as well as documentation, has been updated to reflect the new name and version number. The specifications of the solution have also been updated.

Datacard® Visitor Pointe

Datacard® Visitor Pointe software allows you to verify a visitor's identity and produce a secure ID Card. When visitors check in, they simply present an approved credential - typically a government-issued document (driver's license, military card, etc). By scanning the trusted credential, the information is automatically populated in Visitor Pointe software. The badge is then printed (plastic or paper) and is used as an identifier for that person while they are visiting. When leaving, the visitors badge is read and their record is automatically updated.

Visitors from outside an organization often pose the greatest risks to security. Visitor manager software enables rapid enrollment and tracking of visitors in a reception or entrance to a business.

The new visitor manager software cuts costs and closes critical gaps typically found in visitor ID programs. In addition to streamlining authentication and ID production processes, the visitor manager software helps you track visitor activity.

Datacard® ViaNet® Identity Information Software

The Datacard® ViaNet® family of identity information software gives authorized users instant access to the wealth of information residing in databases across your organization. A simple keyword search lets you find, retrieve, view and print the specific information you want.

The software's Internet-based design delivers the utmost in flexibility, affordability and simplicity. Users are no longer confined to a dedicated workstation or intranet connection to access information. Instead, they can use most Internet-enabled devices from any location—including customer sites, satellite offices, hotels or home.

If your enterprise uses Novell® Directory Services (NDS), ViaNet software is the only Internet-based, enterprise-wide identification and authentication solution that combines NDS as the central repository for storing identity assets with remote retrieval, capture and card issuance via the Internet.

ViaNet’s suite of identity information software includes packages for data retrieval, image capture and card issuance, as well as the new biometrics option and guest registration software. We also offer a Personal Server version of the software, which applies all the benefits of these packages to a stand-alone workstation environment.
